Post Pals

I'm not feeling very well at the moment so again I've not managed to write a proper update post. I'm struggling with dizziness again, but I'm seeing my consultant at Hosp A on Mon so I'll tell him about it then and hopefully he'll have some ideas.

I wanted to post something tonight though so I thought I'd let you all know about a fantastic charity called Post Pals. The website was set up to provide seriously ill children with post to cheer them up. It's such a simple but effective idea. Viks, who set up and runs Post Pals, has severe ME but doesn't let that stop her bringing smiles to children's faces. I've always said what a good idea Post Pals is but I've never actually sent post to any of the children as I've not really known what to write about. But I've decided that I'm just going to go for it so I'm currently choosing which pal to write to first.

Please take the time to send some post to one of the children featured on the website. I remember how receiving post made my day when I was very ill or in hospital. Writing to a pal will only cost you the price of one stamp and it'll make such a difference to a seriously ill child. You can write to one of the pals who is having a difficult time at the moment from this list or you could just pick a pal from the main list here.
