For a few months now I've been following the story of a little girl called Bethany who was put on the transplant list as a result of liver disease. Before Christmas she had 2 false alarms, but amazingly on Friday Bethany received her new liver. Bethany and her family are in my thoughts as well as the brave donor family who made this possible. This is another example of what an amazing gift organ donation can be. Without it I wouldn't be here now and neither would many of my friends.
