Yay!

After becoming so ill yesterday, Jess received her transplant last night after 4 years on the waiting list! The latest news this morning is that she's in ICU. Fingers crossed she has a smooth recovery. Updates on Jess' progress will be posted on her Facebook group here. Jess' life has been saved thanks to a very generous stranger.
