Just a quick update, as I did a long update yesterday evening (which you can read here) and so far not much has happened since then. However I am aware that I'm extremely lucky to be celebrating my 19th birthday today as I certainly wouldn't be if my donor family hadn't made an extremely courageous decision almost 3 years ago. I'll always be eternally grateful for my second chance at life and will email my donor's sister later to let her know.
